Co-founder & CEO
Part elite military commander (Sayeret Golani), previous strategy consultant, full-time investor. Amir pairs an MBA from Tel Aviv University and IESE (Barcelona) with a background in Psychology, giving him an edge in understanding both market trends and the people behind them. He’s been investing in Athens since 2019, bringing a sharp, straightforward strategy to the local real estate scene — when he isn’t busy leading his reserve team back home.
Gal Cohen Solal
Co-founder & CFO
Part elite unit veteran (Sayeret Golani), part seasoned manager, and full-time operator. Gal Cohen Solal pairs an MBA from Ben-Gurion University with a background in Economics, giving him an edge in breaking down the numbers. He’s the type who prefers walking the city blocks and checking the concrete over sitting under office neon lights, bringing a raw, hands-on energy to the market — when he isn’t busy serving in the exact same reserve team.
Why we started this
Most people will never buy a house abroad.
They’ll think about it. They’ll mention it at a lunch at work. They’ll spend a weekend on Spitogatos. They’ll get scared off by a Facebook post about the Greek bureaucracy, and the idea will go away.
For the few who don’t let it go away, buying a house in another country is one of the largest, scariest decisions of their lives.
